Metal Bellows PRODUCTS

Hydroformed Bellows / Metal Bellows
Our metal bellows are offered in the following high quality materials: brass, phosphorous bronze, beryllium copper, stainless steel, and monel. The selection of the material is highly dependant on the application's specific requirements, such as corrosion resistance, maximum pressure, required life cycles, joining methods, and spring rate. Based on the requirements of your application our precision hydroformed bellows can be produced in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 4" outer diameter. Finally, since all of our bellows are produced from our very own high quality closed end seamless tubes, our bellows can be offered with custom end configurations or with multiple plies. Let our experienced application engineers assist you. Please download a copy of our bellows catalog.

Sigma-Netics takes great pride in our ability to add value to single components. With extensive experience in all joining methods, such as brazing, soldering, welding, and spinning, Sigma-Netics is able to provide sub-assemblies ready for installation.

aneroid bellows Seamless Tubes
The production of high quality seamless tubes is a necessity for any hydroformed precision bellows. Due to our unique method of drawing seamless tubes, all of our tubes and bellows are manufactured with a closed end. Our largest press is capable of drawing tubes as long as 18" depending on the diameter, wall thickness, and material required. Our current capabilities allow us to draw tubes with a wall thickness from .003 to .015inches.

Sigma-Netics has over 40 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of unique temperature sensing and regulating devices. Using all available technologies our skilled team of engineers can design a temperature sensor to meet your exact requirements. Typical applications for our sensing bulbs include: regulating valves, electromechanical devices, thermostats, pneumatic temperature controllers, pilot valves, and temperature switches. Please download a copy of our temperature sensors catalog for a more detailed description of our capabilities.
