In the event a defect occurs during the one year warranty period, Sigma-Netics, Inc. shall at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of this product, provided: is it returned to Sigma-Netics, Inc.; has not been misused, has not been damaged by an act of nature; and that the user has applied the product to its operating specifications.

Any unauthorized modification, repairs, or attempt to repair, will render this warranty void.

All other expressed warranties are disclaimed and all implied warranties for this product, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In no event shall Sigma-Netics, Inc. be liable to the customer for any damages, including lost profits, or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
